Dinner’s On Us: On-Time Painting Guarantee
If we don’t complete your interior painting project within the agreed timeframe, dinner is on us—valued at up to $300 NZD. We respect your time. Renovation projects are stressful enough without a painter who drags a two-day job into a week. When we give you a completion date, we mean it.
How It Works:
- Guaranteed Completion: Your interior paint job will be completed within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of booking. If we miss that timeframe due to reasons within our control, we’ll provide a dinner voucher of up to $300 NZD.
- Booking Confirmation: This guarantee becomes active once your deposit has been received and your project is officially scheduled in our calendar.
- Scope of Work: The guarantee applies only to the original scope. Any additional work or variations agreed after booking may need extra time to complete.
- Client Responsibilities: To help us deliver on time, we ask that you provide clear site access during work hours, confirm your paint colours in advance, and share any relevant property information before the project’s start.
- Delays Beyond Our Control: Our guarantee doesn’t cover delays caused by restricted access, client-requested changes, material supply issues, or unforeseen property conditions requiring additional prep.
- Voucher Details: Where applicable, the dinner voucher will be issued upon project completion, with a maximum value of $300 NZD. This offer is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and all payments remain subject to our standard Terms of Trade.
5-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Our work is built to last. If any defect in our workmanship appears within five years of project completion, we’ll be back to fix it at no charge to you.
We use high-quality paints, apply each coat with proper preparation, and take the finish seriously from start to finish. If you notice peeling, cracking, or poor adhesion caused by our application, we’ll be back to sort it. That’s the commitment behind our guarantee.
